What are your fees for assessment?
Our rates vary and depend on the assessment service required. Our current hourly rate for assessment is set at 216,34$ which is lower than what is recommended by the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA). Fees increase yearly by up to 2%, on April 1st. All psychological services are HST exempt.
Can I receive financial aid for assessment services?
Most extended health benefit plans cover psychological services, including assessments. Verify with your carrier for more information. Do not hesitate to contact our team at (705) 335-5588 or centrelabellecentre@uhearst.ca if you require a detailed quote.

When are payments due?
Typically, payments are due 3 times during the assessment process: following the intake meeting, following the final testing session, and following the feedback session (before the report is finalized and released). Payments can be made by e-transfer to centrelabellecentre@uhearst.ca (if this is not suitable for you, please do not hesitate to let us know). A formal receipt is provided after each payment.

Does my child need to prepare for testing days?​
No, your child does not need to prepare or practice for the day of testing. Please consult this infographic for more information on the day of testing.
